Once we receive your subscription, our operational wheel kicks off and here is the itinerary.

• You will receive, preferably electronically, otherwise by hard copy, a welcome letter
  with details of your unique customer ID and our helpdesk number. The helpdesk is
  available to resolve all your inquiries throughout the year.



• One of Our dedicated helpdesk staff will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an
  engineering visit. On occasions where a fault has already occured and your subscription is
  received within our working hours, this will be immediate rather than later. Our aim is
  to attend to faults within a four hour maximum period.



• At your location, the engineer will record pertinent information about your PC, this will
  enable us deliver a first class service, when the PC malfunctions at some time in the future.



• The engineer will scan and advise accordingly for Viruses/Worms/Trojans/Adware/
  Spyware or any other malicious and nuisance software that generally make a PC problematic.



• The engineer will install at no additional charge, Compucalms PC Protection Card (CompuArmor),
  typically $185 in monetary value. Compucalms PC Protection Card will enable your PC recover
  from System Crash, Virus Attacks and Fatal file deletions at the touch of a button. This card
  comes with a lifetime warranty if you remain on the maintenance program.



• You will have access to Compucalms Order desk, where computer components and
  related products can be purchased at trade prices, we'll pass on trade discounts to you.

  Under the maintenance program, the consumer is responsible for the purchase of failed components
  such as hard disk drive, system board, etc. Compucalm will however couple those parts including
  other ancillary services such as installing a printer, other peripheral device installation and
  software installations at nil charge, absolutely free.
